Some trips require a deposit, final payment, or additional documents such as passport details.
Requests marked “on request” may take several days depending on availability.
3. Payment Terms
All payments (whether full or partial) must be completed according to the payment schedule provided at the time of booking.
Payments are processed securely through approved third-party payment providers. Itaca Holiday does not store or access your card information.
Any service fees or additional charges will always be shown clearly before you complete the payment. A booking is not considered confirmed until the required payments have been received.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
If Itaca Holiday cannot confirm your booking, any payment made will be fully refunded.
For confirmed bookings, cancellation rules follow the policies of each service provider (hotels, cruises, airlines).
Refund timelines depend on these providers and will be communicated clearly.
All cancellation requests must be sent in writing.
5. Changes to Your Trip
Itaca Holiday may adjust itineraries, schedules, hotels, or transportation if required due to availability, operational issues, or safety considerations.
When changes occur, we will provide an equivalent or similar alternative whenever possible.
6. Traveler Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate personal information (names, passport details, travel dates).
You are responsible for valid travel documents, visas, and any required medical approvals.
Please review all booking documents immediately and report any errors. Travelers with medical conditions, mobility needs, or special requirements must inform us before the trip.
7. Conduct & Fair Use
You agree not to create false bookings, misuse forms, or use automated tools to copy or extract website data. All website content is protected and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Third-Party Services
Parts of your trip, such as hotels, cruises, guides, and transportation—are operated by independent partners.
Itaca Holiday is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or issues caused by these providers, but we will always help you resolve them quickly.
9. Liability Limitations
Itaca Holiday is not liable for:
- delays or cancellations by airlines or transport providers
- weather-related disruptions
- actions or mistakes by independent service partners
- losses resulting from inaccurate traveler information
- events beyond our control (force majeure)
We remain committed to assisting you and offering practical solutions when disruptions occur.
10. Travel Insurance
We recommend purchasing travel insurance, medical insurance, and trip interruption or cancellation coverage. Insurance is not included unless explicitly stated.
11. Complaints & Support
If a confirmed service does not match expectations, please notify us immediately so we can step in and assist. All complaints should be submitted via email or through your assigned trip support channel.

These Terms are governed primarily by the laws of Egypt, where Itaca Holiday is legally headquartered.
For services delivered in Jordan or Dubai, local consumer and travel regulations in those regions may also apply where required.
